Villa Miramar is a fully air conditioned villa offering comfortable, spacious living spaces inside and out.
This villa features a beautiful 2-level swimming pool just steps from your villa's patio doors, a tropical garden in your own back yard, and a large rooftop terrace.
The villa offers dining opportunities both inside and out. Outside there is a covered patio area with multiple dining tables and a sitting area in the shade; steps away there are comfortable sun loungers, a poolside cabana, and another sitting area around the large pool offering plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. There is a bose speaker where you can easily connect to play your favourite music. A pool side bar and charcoal grill awaits for a family/friend gathering and or use the large screened-in area just off the kitchen for another great space to enjoy entertaining or relaxing. The second floor has a full balcony facing the pool. The rooftop has a large terrace with a comfortable sitting area and plenty of open space making it a great multipurpose spot for both entertaining or relaxing and offers the ideal spot for stargazing.
Villa Miramar accommodates up to 13 adults and 2 children. Four of the bedrooms are located in the main house and the fifth in a separate apartment with its own entrance. The bedrooms all feature comfortable beds, tvs and en-suite bathrooms. 1 spa bath, oversized showers, high ceilings, fine marble throughout, beautiful wood closets with ample storage are some of the features you will love about the comfortable large bedrooms. 2 rooms have direct access to the large 2nd floor balcony with private sitting area and great views of the pool and garden, the suite on the ground floor opens out to the terrace and pool. There are safety deposit boxes available. If you are travelling with a baby or young child, there is a high chair, pack and play with bassinet option, small fold-up mattress, playmats, baby bathtubs and other baby items available for your use by request. There is wifi internet available throughout the property
Villa Miramar offers a fully equipped kitchen with a center island work place with granite counter tops. Drinking water is provided.
There is maid and pool/garden service six days a week.

The villa has a great central location right on the Puerto Aventuras Golf Course. The marina with a variety of shops, services, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors and convenient stores are all within a 10 minute walking distance. Also the crystal clear turquoise colored ocean with beautiful white, sandy beaches are within a 10 minute walk from the villa.
Other things to note:
Spoil yourself for one day or several days and enjoy the unique experience of having a chef/cook prepare your meals. Pamper yourself with a massage by the pool or on the roof top. This villa is excellent for hosting retreats, team building and small weddings.

“Villa Miramar was the perfect destination for our family of 12 to all come together for the week. The house was clean and the grounds and pool were gorgeous. It was very easy to communicate with the owners and the house manager. They took care of all our needs. The house cleaner and grounds caretaker were polite, helpful and hardworking. The town of Puerto Aventuras was a real gem. We rented a gold cart and we’re able to zoom anywhere we wanted. It was a delight to be able to watch the dolphin encounters while either sipping on coffee or enjoying an ice cream. We will definitely be returning."

“Our stay at Villa Miramar in the Puerto Aventuras resort was fantastic! The house is inviting, well appointed, and provided more than enough indoor and outdoor space for our family of 7 adults to have our own space yet come together for meals and general socializing. The kitchen is large and well stocked with dishes, cutlery, and cookware. The outdoor pool is phenomenal, with Jaime (groundskeeper/handyman) sweeping the patio and cleaning the pool daily. Tina, the housekeeper, cleaned our rooms, washed dishes, and kept us in fresh pool towels daily. Tina and Jaime were there every day however it did not feel intrusive as they were very respectful and kind. Valerie, the manager, was amazing. She greeted us on our arrival and made herself available throughout our stay to answer any questions, arrange for transportation, etc. Valerie also offers a few different menus for Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner that she will come and prepare for you for an additional fee. We booked her for a dinner menu that was deliciously authentic. Highly recommend booking one of her meals! The house is a 10-minute walk to the ocean (there is public access) and to multiple restaurants and shops within the resort.... All in all, a fantastic home, fantastic staff, and a great place for a truly relaxing vacation.”
