About the Villas

Welcome to Casa Orquidea and Villa Maravilla. 2 fantastic villas with 11 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms located in Puerto Aventuras on the golf course. 8-10 minutes walk from the beach. 5 minutes walk from world class marina and 20-25 restaurants, café's and shops. 2 villas, one has 6 bedrooms the other has 5 bedrooms. Both villas have a full kitchen with all you need. Both villas has their own private, heated pool, with 2 levels to make it kids friendly. Both pools are temperature controlled, so they can be heated during the winter, and cooled in the summer.

The backyards are very private with their own 2 level pool, large covered dining area and sitting area, wet bar, charcoal grill and outdoor shower. These beautiful backyards faces the Puerto Aventuras Golf Course. All 4 Bedrooms in each villa have their own private balcony. The high ceilings, the beautiful woodwork throughout the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, the iron rod rails and the lovely marble and granite throughout this villa makes this villa a dream to vacation in. The villas are beautifully decorated. All bedrooms have very comfortable beds and lovely beddings and linens. The 5th bedroom in Maravilla and the 5th and 6th bedrooms in Orquidea are separate from the rest of the villa located in a guesthouse in the courtyard with their own private entrance, just a few staps from the main entrance. These bedrooms have a kitchenette and own ensuite bathrooms and an extra single bed.

Other things to note:

Please note that the two villas will not be rented out for 'Spring Breakers' or Bachelor parties unless you plan to be on your best behavior for the entire stay. One registered guest in each Villa must be at least 25 years of age and willing to accept responsibility for the actions of all villa occupants. Villa occupancy limits will be strictly enforced and no outside visitors are permitted. Any infraction of the villas rules will result in eviction from the villas. Your ID will be checked and you will pay for any damages caused. You will be asked to leave if your behavior so warrants, without warning or refund. Now after stating these rules, we do understand that holidays are for having fun. Just keep in mind that these villas are not for wild parties and our guests must keep in mind that we have neighbors so please beware of your volume after 10 pm.

PRICE FOR CASA ORQUIDEA AND VILLA MARAVILLA 11 BEDROOMS:

From 1213 USD per night (Min 1 week)

• 1348 USD per night from May 01 to 3rd Friday in November (Min 3 nights)
• 1595 USD per night from 3rd Friday in November to April 30 (Except the holidays, min 3 nights)
• 10% discount for all bookings for 1 week or longer (Except the holidays)
• 25,000 USD per week for Christmas week or New Year’s week (min 7 nights)

• 500 USD cleaning fee for any length of booking

BOOKING WITH THE BEST PRICE

By booking directly with us you can avoid fees that are charged by 3rd party booking sights. Our low price is based on a bank transfer to our US bank or via wise.com. To secure a booking we require a down payment.

PAYMENT TERMS

• Down payment is 25%
• Balance is due 65 days before check in.
• Refundable damage deposit is 1,500 USD. Due 1 week before checking in

• Down payment is non-refundable
• If cancelled later than 65 days before checking in, no refund
