About the Condo

The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has 2 levels and 3 balconies with amazing panoramic views of the marina and ocean. Watch large yachts, fishing boats and catamarans sail out to the ocean daily. 

Main level features beautifully furnished living room area, dining area and newly renovated kitchen.

Beautiful balcony off the living area is great for boat and marina watching. Kitchen is fully equipped- oven, range, microwave, full size fridge, toaster oven, & all cooking and serving supplies as well as a washer and dryer. Table has seating for 6.

2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom features a king bed, vaulted ceilings, expansive closets and large windows for a beautiful view to wake up to every morning. It is ideally located right in front of the Marina on the Caribbean Sea.

The 2nd bedroom features 2 twin beds, large closet space and faces the ocean, with great ocean views that also allow you to hear the ocean waves as you sleep. Additional air mattresses can be used for 2 extra sleepers.

Each bedroom has their own bathroom with large showers.

Private complex pool is just steps away. Wifi in the unit.

Fragata condo is located at the end of a quiet street. There is parking in front of the building.

PRICE FOR FRAGATA 204:

From $1,500 USD per month plus electricity

From May to November:

• 1,750 USD plus electricity per month for 1 month
• 1,500 USD plus electricity per month for 3 months or longer
• 1,250 USD per week
• 50 USD cleaning fee for any length of booking

From December to April:

• 4,000 USD plus electricity per month for 1 to 3 months
• 3,000 USD plus electricity per month for 4 months
• 2,400 USD plus electricity per month for 5 months
• 2,000 USD plus electricity per month for 6 months
• 1,500 USD per week
• 50 USD cleaning fee for any length of booking

BOOKING WITH THE BEST PRICE

• By booking directly with us you can avoid fees that are charged by 3rd party booking sights. Our low price is based on a bank transfer to our US bank or via wise.com. To secure a booking we require a down payment.

PAYMENT TERMS

• Down payment is 25% or 1-month’s rent, whatever is lowest. balance is due 1 month before check in. If longer than 3 months rental the 2^nd months rental is due one month before checking in, 3^rd months rental due at check in and so on
• Price is plus electricity. Gas, water and internet is included. Price for electricity can be very different. It all depends on your use of Air Condition (AC). If you use no AC, the price will be between 500 and 1000 pesos per month. If you use AC considerable, the price will be around 1000-3000 pesos per month. If you run AC all day and night, the price could easily be 4-5000 pesos per month or even higher if you have the windows open.
• Refundable damage deposit is 750 USD. Due 1 week before checking in

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Down payment is nonrefundable.
• If cancelled later than 30 days before checking in, no refund
