About the Villa

Casa Yalku 27 has the perfect location in the friendly, safe, gated community of Puerto Aventuras. It offers terrific indoor and outdoor spaces, AC throughout the villa, private pool with lounge chairs, large covered balconies and deck area, dining table with seating for 10, lounge area and a gas grill.

The main villa has a full kitchen with everything you need, a dining table with 8 seatings and a kitchen counter with 5 seatings. There is also a TV/sitting area. There are 4 bedrooms. 1 bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double bed and a bathroom just right outside. 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. 2 bedrooms with 1 king bed and attached bathroom and a pool side balcony. Also 1 bedroom with 1 bunkbed with 2 double beds and an attach bedroom.

The backyard is very private with its own private pool with sun loungers , large covered dining area and sitting area, gas grill. The beautiful backyard faces the Puerto Aventuras Golf Course. The high ceilings, the beautiful woodwork throughout the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, and the lovely marble and granite throughout this villa makes this villa a dream to vacation in. The villa is beautifully decorated. All bedrooms have very comfortable beds and lovely beddings and linens.

Other things to note

Bring your apple TV, Cromecast, Fire stick  or an equivalent device and HDMI cable to enjoy your own choice of TV.

PRICE FOR Casa Yalku 27 4 BEDROOMS:

From 551 USD per night (Min 1 week)

• 612 USD per night from May 01 to 3rd Friday in November (Min 3 nights)
• 736 USD per night from 3rd Friday in November to April 30 (Except the holidays, min 3 nights)
• 10% discount for all bookings for 1 week or longer (Except the holidays)
• 12,000 USD per week for Christmas week or New Year’s week (min 7 nights)
• 250 USD cleaning fee for any length of booking

BOOKING WITH THE BEST PRICE

By booking directly with us you can avoid fees that are charged by 3rd party booking sights. Our low price is based on a bank transfer to our US bank or via wise.com. To secure a booking we require a down payment.

• Balance is due 65 days before check in.
• Refundable damage deposit is 1000 USD. Due 1 week before checking in

• If cancelled later than 65 days before checking in, no refund
