Two beautiful, bright villas located side-by-side of each other offer a wonderful space for large groups.
Welcome to Villa Miramar and Casa Sarita. This unique combination of two neighbour villas renting together offer traveling groups lots of common and private space for everyone to enjoy. It means you have more privacy if you wish but also have the wonderful opportunity to stay 'connected at the hip'.
There are two beautiful backyards both having 2 private, 2-level pools and adjoining tropical gardens that lead out to the Puerto Aventuras Golf Course. The villas are very similar in many ways as they both had the same amazing contractor and builder make both villas. The high quality workmanship, fine furnishings and the marble floors and bathrooms are visible in both villas. On the other hand, each villa has its own unique characters that you all get to enjoy when you rent both villas combined.
Villa Sarita greets its guest with a lovely Mexican courtyard with a beautiful fountain and a covered sitting area.
Villa Miramar has a large screened-in area when you arrive for all the guests to gather to plan your travel plans and have a welcome drink. Villa Sarita has a wet bar in the front lobby that will become a popular meeting place for all of you.
Both villas have gourmet kitchens with granite countertops, beautiful wooden cupboards, a working island and a kitchen counter bar. The dining rooms and living rooms look out towards the amazing backyards with crystal clear pools.
There are wonderful outdoor spaces with covered outdoor dining, a wet bar, an outdoor shower, charcoal grill, and lovely loungers and a couch set. Both villas have large balconies on the 2nd floor facing the pool and tropical gardens. On the second floor in Casa Sarita you will find a cosy corner to sit and Villa Miramar also has a second floor lounge area. Both villas have roof top terraces where you can enjoy the Caribbean breeze. There are many wonderful spaces that when combined together will make your stay fantastic.

Other things to note:
These villas are excellent for hosting retreats, team building and small weddings.
Please note that our two villas will not be rented out for 'Spring Breakers' or Bachelor parties unless you plan to be on your best behavior for the entire stay. One registered guest in each Villa must be at least 25 years of age and willing to accept responsibility for the actions of all villa occupants. Villa occupancy limits will be strictly enforced and no outside visitors are permitted. Any infraction of the villas rules will result in eviction from the Villas. Your ID will be checked and you will pay for any damages caused. You will be asked to leave if your behavior so warrants, without warning or refund. Now after stating these rules, we do understand that holidays are for having fun. Just keep in mind that these villas are not for wild parties and our guests must keep in mind that we have neighbors so please beware of your volume after 10 pm.

SPECTACULAR VILLAS IN A WONDERFUL LOCATION
“My family rented both villas at the same time. The arrangement was ideal. Both villas are simply spectacular. They are luxurious, spacious, spotless, and extremely well kept. Both kitchens are fully equipped and every need addressed. There are enough common areas so that a large family like mine could congregate comfortably together for family events, and still enjoy separate sleeping arrangements and privacy. The setting is truly beautiful, and both pools are comfortable and spotlessly maintained. Each villa has a rooftop area that is ideal for evening drinks, or watching sunrises and/or sunsets. The villas are located near the heart of Puerto Aventuras, within a very short walking distance to all of its amenities (restaurants, etc.). Lars and Lorraine were very gracious hosts, and flexible when a few unexpected challenges occurred with our group. They also provide connections to an excellent catering service that is first rate. We enjoyed several of their events, at the villas, including a tequila tasting and a gourmet dinner, that were both just wonderful. We would certainly return and I heartily recommend the villas, separately or together, to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation setting in lovely Puerto Aventuras.
