About the Condo

Experience coastal living in this traditional style 4^th floor penthouse condo located on one of Puerto Aventuras’ marina, featuring authentic Mexican charm. It offers amazing views of Puerto Aventuras’ marinas and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea.

The space is simple, comfortable, and full of character, with natural light, colourful details and amazing views. It features colourful ceramic tiles, local artwork and hand-carved wooden accents. The condo includes 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.  Each bedroom has a double bed and balcony.  The condo sleeps up to 4 people comfortably.

The fully equipped kitchen, and living/dining room area overlook the marina. There is a covered balcony off the dining room. The condo is fully air conditioned, however the condo offers a nice breeze through the balcony doors that are in every room. There is Wi-Fi internet available and a smart TV in the living room which makes it easy to stay connected.

Drinking water is available for your arrival. The condo has a washer and dryer in the pantry area.

A condo-length private rooftop patio with amazing views of both the ocean and the marina, provides an additional dining area, seating and sunbeds.

Guests have access to a large, multi-level swimming pool and a palapa-covered dining area beside the pool. There is parking available for one vehicle.  

The condo is situated on a quiet street on one of Puerto Aventuras' marinas. This 4th floor penthouse provides elevated views of the marina on one end of the condo and a fantastic view of the Caribbean Sea on the other side.  The marina with dolphins, and sea lions, boats, shops, services, restaurants and the crystal clear turquoise colored ocean with beautiful white sandy beaches are all within a 10 minute walk. 

Please note:  

The condo is on the 4th (top) floor and does not have an elevator. Beach access is via public beaches, approximately 10 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike or golf cart.  No smoking and no pets allowed.

PRICE FOR TAMARIKA 12:

From 1,500 USD per month plus electricity

From May to November:

• 1,750 USD plus electricity per month for 1 month
• 1,500 USD plus electricity per month for 3 months or longer
• 1,250 USD per week
• 50 USD cleaning fee for any length of booking

From December to April:

• 3,500 USD plus electricity per month for 1 or 2 months
• 9,000 USD plus electricity for 3 months. 3,000 per month
• 10,000 USD plus electricity for 4 months. 2,500 per month
• 11,000 USD plus electricity for 5 months. 2,200 per month
• 12,000 USD plus electricity for 6 months. 2,000 per month
• 1,500 USD per week
• 50 USD cleaning fee for any length of booking

BOOKING WITH THE BEST PRICE

• By booking directly with us you can avoid fees that are charged by 3rd party booking sights. Our low price is based on a bank transfer to our US bank or via wise.com. To secure a booking we require a down payment.

PAYMENT TERMS

• Down payment is 25% or 1-month’s rent, whatever is lowest. balance is due 1 month before check in. If longer than 3 months rental the 2^nd months rental is due one month before checking in, 3^rd months rental due at check in and so on
• Price is plus electricity. Gas, water and internet is included. Price for electricity can be very different. It all depends on your use of Air Condition (AC). If you use no AC, the price will be between 500 and 1,000 pesos per month. If you use AC considerable, the price will be around 1,000-3,000 pesos per month. If you run AC all day and night, the price could easily be 4-5,000 pesos per month or even higher if you have the windows open.
• Refundable damage deposit is 750 USD. Due 1 week before checking in

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Down payment is nonrefundable.
• If cancelled later than 30 days before checking in, no refund
